Return & Refund Policy

Because OMOM Coffee is a fresh, perishable food product roasted to order, all sales are final. For health and food safety reasons, physical returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has shipped.

We roast in small batches specifically for each order to guarantee peak freshness, so we are unable to accept returned coffee for resale.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If an item arrives damaged, torn, defective, or if you received the wrong blend or grind, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Claim window: Customers must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email our support team at info@onemanonemic.org.
2. Include your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Attach a clear photo showing the damaged bag, defective seal, or incorrect item (including the packaging label).

Physical returns of damaged coffee are not required. Approved requests will be processed as a direct replacement shipment or a full refund, no return shipping needed.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Because our coffee is roasted fresh on demand, orders go into production quickly. If you need an address change or cancellation, please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order may already be in roasting or shipping and cannot be modified.
