"PodLab" is a FREE TO VETERAN'S six week immersive program offering hands-on podcasting experience while teaching the storytelling aspect of podcasting. Veterans also gain skills to create and publish their own podcasts, supporting post-traumatic growth through enhanced purpose, belonging, and connection.
"StoryLab" is a FREE six week program designed to help veterans with post-traumatic growth through the healing power of storytelling. Participants explore storytelling fundamentals a learn how to craft engaging narratives that foster connection. The workshop includes lectures, storytelling exercises, and guest speakers
